I’m currently facing an issue with the display name approval process for my WhatsApp Business API account, and I’m hoping the community can provide some insights or solutions.
Here’s the situation:
- I submitted a display name that matches my business name, but it was rejected, even though it aligns with WhatsApp’s display name guidelines.
- I double-checked the business verification and made sure the name is consistent across all documents and profiles (e.g., Facebook Business Manager).
- Despite following the naming rules (e.g., avoiding generic terms or abbreviations), the approval still failed.
