Suraj, this side, I wanted to ask is it possible to change my Business Display Name after I’ve already set up the WhatsApp Business API? If yes, how can I do it?

Yes, you can change your Business Display Name even after your API setup!

The new name needs to go through Meta’s review and approval again.
You can change the name up to 10 times in a 30-day period.

If your account has a green tick (Official Business Account), the process is a bit different — you’ll need to raise a request via Meta Support.

Since you don’t have the tick (Official Business Account), you can simply change your Display Name directly from Business Manager — no need to contact Meta Support.

Just follow the steps I shared earlier:

Go to your WhatsApp Account inside Business Manager
Under Phone Numbers, click the edit icon next to your Display Name
Submit your new name — it will go for review
Once Meta approves it, your new name will appear to your customers
