Hi Everyone, I’m facing an issue with my template submission. I created a message template to notify customers about their order status/update, but it got rejected. This is the content I have added (“Hi {{1}}, your order {{2}} has been shipped.”) I'm confused why my template was rejected. Can anyone know what the solution for this is? Best Regards, Snapshot

Which template category did you select while submitting? Because Meta is very specific about choosing the right category like Transactional, Shipping Update, Alert, etc. If the category doesn’t match the content, they usually reject it.

Meta doesn’t allow editing rejected templates. You’ll need to create a new template from scratch. 2. While creating the new one, make sure to: - Select the correct category - Add sample values for placeholders (like John for {{1}}, #12345 for {{2}}) 3. Just try to make the message something like this Sometimes, if the message is too short or doesn’t explain much, Meta can’t tell what it's for — and they reject it. **So instead of just saying:** "Hi {{1}}, your order {{2}} has been shipped." **You can write something like:** "Hi {{1}}, your order {{2}} has been shipped and is on the way! You’ll get tracking details soon. Thank you for shopping with us!" This way, it’s clear you’re just giving a helpful update, not trying to sell something — and that makes it easier to get approved. Hi Snapshot, No, you can’t directly duplicate an approved template and just change the wording inside the same one. Once a template is approved, you can’t edit it or update it. Create a new template and use the same structure or wording as you have done before. Make sure to choose the right category of template, and then it will not take longer. Hi Team, I created another template similar to the last one, but this time for order delivery confirmation, and selected the Utility category. Here’s the message: “Hi {{1}}, your order {{2}} has been delivered successfully. We hope you’re happy with your purchase!” Just wanted to double-check — is this message okay for submission, or should I add more details?
